The Cumberland Pointe HOA website is for information and community-building purposes. Any documentation, maintenance requests, or ACC requests will go through our Property Management and their system, Front Steps
 
Front Steps offers many of the same features while also allowing real-time access for homeowners to view their account information, make payments, submit architectural requests, view open violations, etc.
 
If you have not yet registered for Front Steps, please contact Whitney Crabtree at wcrabtree@ekirkpatrick.com. You will need to send Whitney your email address, phone number, and lot address so that he may have the link sent to your email to register. Please note: Only deeded homeowners will have access to Front Steps. 
 
If you are a tenant/renter and need to reserve the Prospect Park Shelter, you will need to contact Kirkpatrick Management at 317-570-4358.

Outside of this window, please contact the Noblesville dispatch non-emergency line at 317-773-1300 and request an officer to be dispatched to assist.
